Harsha Madannavar

Harsha Madannavar is a Managing Director and Partner. He is a member of the global Board of Directors at L.E.K. Consulting and also serves on the Board’s Audit and Risk committees. He previously served on the Board’s Succession committee and was also head of the firm’s San Francisco Office.

Harsha heads L.E.K. Consulting’s Technology Infrastructure practice globally (software, data, services, and silicon systems), advising U.S. and global corporates, private equity and hedge funds on a range of shareholder value issues including growth strategy, business model transformation, technology disruptions, product development, pricing and M&A. In technology infrastructure, his expertise also spans impacting industry verticals including industrials, healthcare and life sciences. Furthermore, Harsha is also a board member in L.E.K.’s Sustainability Center of Excellence and has a particular interest in R&D and Innovation.

Prior to L.E.K., Harsha worked for ~10 years in product engineering/global R&D services and telecom SI at Wipro and Mindtree. He has a Bachelor of Instrumentation Engineering from the University of Mysore, and an MBA from the Columbia Business School.
