Simon Horan

Simon Horan is a Managing Director in L.E.K.’s Chicago office, and one of the global leaders of our operations consulting practice. He has worked across a variety of strategy, organization design, performance improvement and post-merger integration engagements throughout Asia-Pacific and America. Simon’s passion is assisting clients in driving major change, from definition of the change through to the delivery of results. Prior to joining L.E.K., Simon was an economist with the Australian Federal Treasury. He received a Bachelor of Economics degree with honors from the Australian National University and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD.
