
Vassilis Economides
Highlights
Vassilis Economides is a Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s London office. He is a senior member of L.E.K.’s European Consumer practice and a leader in L.E.K.’s operations consulting practice, working across industry sectors to provide expertise on organisational strategy and commercial effectiveness. He has over 15 years of experience in advising major organisations in Europe, the U.S. and the Middle East.
His specific areas of interest are go-to-market strategy and capabilities, customer relationship management, operating model transformation and organisational design, cost management and performance improvement, and sales and marketing effectiveness.
Prior to joining L.E.K., Vassilis was a Partner in a global consulting firm and co-leader of its Organisation and Leadership practice in EMEA. He has also worked for a leading operations and IT consulting company in South-Eastern Europe.
Vassilis graduated with a degree in law from the University of London. He also holds a master’s degree in International Commercial Law from Cambridge University and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD.
